  • If the damage is confirmed from our side, we will send you a free replacement of the same product. If the exact product is not available, we will offer a comparable alternative.

3.Return Shipping and Costs:

  • If a replacement is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product to you.

  • You may be responsible for shipping the damaged product back to us, depending on the specific circumstances. Our customer support team will provide instructions regarding the return process, if applicable.

4.Incorrect Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any issues or delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

5.Exclusions:

  • We do not accept returns or replacements for products that have been used, damaged due to improper handling, or subjected to normal wear and tear.
